Cecily has over 20 years of administration experience along with great customer service. Working closely with Veterans, incarcerated clients, abused/neglected children, and her community.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being near any form of water, and mountain drives that include listening to music with her wife. But most importantly, spending time with friends and family, especially her sons and grandchildren.
