LPC
Teens, Adults, Elders

Do you struggle with feeling alone, isolated, or like you don’t belong? Do you feel guilt or shame around some of the struggles that you have? Have you ever felt unsafe or marginalized even in previous therapy experiences?

Hi and congratulations on making it this far. If no one has told you today, you matter and you are not alone. In the words of Brene Brown, ‘We don’t have to do all of this alone’.

Christine is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space for all individuals, including you, and members of our LGBTQ+ community. She brings a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy, helping you to tap into your own resources, as she believes that you are the expert in your own life. Sometimes we all need a little help to fix that crown on your head and remember who you are! In this way, Christine works on helping you become the best version of yourself.

While Christine works with a wide range of presenting issues to include depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain, and trauma. She also helps individuals and couples navigate the unique challenges that can arise within the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you’re dealing with issues related to gender identity, coming out, relationship dynamics, sexual difficulties, or simply seeking a supportive environment to explore your authentic self, Christine is here to walk alongside you on your journey.

No two people are the same and because of this, Christine tailors her approach to use different evidence-based approaches depending on the issue. Her goal is to work with and alongside you to tailor your treatment to meet your needs.

If you’re looking for the safety to gain the courage to make the changes you know you want to make, please reach out. Don’t go it alone, don’t waste another day! Christine is looking forward to the opportunity to support you on your path to a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

“It’s so important to do something every day that will make you happy.”
