She/Her/Hers
I understand that counseling can feel overwhelming, so I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can show up exactly as they are. I strive to create a therapy space where clients feel understood, supported, and able to speak openly without fear of judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, CPT, and exposure-based strategies for anxiety and OCD. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive, balancing emotional processing with practical strategies that help clients create meaningful change.
I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, identity development, emerging adulthood, and major life transitions. I am also passionate about supporting women and families through reproductive trauma and maternal mental health experiences, including infertility, miscarriage, reproductive trauma, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment.
I believe strongly in the importance of balance, self-compassion, and authenticity, and I strive to help clients build lives that feel meaningful and sustainable. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, engaging in creative pursuits, and playing board games.
