She is a Clinical Psychologist that is passionate about evidence-based interventions to help people not only feel better but get better. She has extensive experience and specializes in helping those with trauma, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders learn to live a life worth living. Her clients know she takes a personalized, empathic, and empowering approach with the goal of lasting change and not just bandaid solutions.
Outside of work, she enjoys living in Colorado Springs with her husband, toddler, and fur-daughter (Tia the French Bulldog). The whole family enjoys being outdoors- hiking, skiing, and just hanging out, reading a good book, or watching a good Netflix series.
