She understands that finding relief and understanding is a priority and utilizes evidence-based approaches to guide clients towards progress. Kimbrlei prioritizes creating a space where people are free to be honest and authentic. Kimbrlei enjoys working with people who feel “stuck” or are struggling with confidence and self-esteem, especially during young adulthood. She also enjoys working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, women’s issues, LGBTQ+ clients, sexual assault trauma, and substance abuse.

Outside of work, Kimbrlei enjoys going to Phish concerts, listening to podcasts, traveling with her partner, and relaxing with her animals (Pistachio and Rigsby). She also enjoys being outdoors and doing hands-on projects!
